Catering Cajun uses Southern Pride BBQ systems exclusively. Because Southern Pride runs off of propane and electricity, the equipment is very versitile and acts as a holding oven at large functions. Southern Pride consistently produces the most flavorful smoked meats. Nobody in Atlanta can prepare better smoked chicken or brisket.
Catering Cajun has multiple, Southern Pride ovens. The one pictured allows us to cook close to 2,000 lbs of meat onsite at one time.

Our seafood trailer will allow us to cook 1,000lbs of crawfish, shrimp, crabs or lobsters per hour. Zatarains prepares a special seasoning blend for Catering Cajun that is not too salty and not too spicy. A motorized wench allows our crews to manage the bulk wieght. This trailer will travel anywhere in the South for the right sized boil.
Catering Cajun has small and medium sized rigs to manage anysized boil. You can call our shop to pick up a couple lbs as we boil crawfish every day during the spring and can cook shrimp at any time.

If you want to cook Cajun you need the right equipment. Cast iron is the only way to go when it comes to authentic jambalaya and gumbo. The pot pictured is a 100 year old sugar kettle that took 2 years to find. This pot will cook for 500 people. Catering Cajun has several cast iron cooking rigs that can be setup anywhere.
